2. Phytosanitary Certificate & CITES document: Available upon request at an additional fee of $40.
3. Orders over $350: We will provide the Phytosanitary Certificate and CITES document free of charge.
• For USA clients, an additional fee will be required for Lophophora williamsii.

Customs & Refund Policy
• We do not offer refunds for rotten plants, and we do not accept returns.

Quality & Packaging
All plants are healthy, strong, and securely packed. They are shipped bare-root, cleaned of most soil, and packed in a hard box. We make every effort to ensure plants arrive in good condition.
However, we cannot guarantee against potential damage caused by impact, extreme temperatures, or shipping duration (customer assumes this risk).
